Chair opened the meeting at 7.30pm welcoming all attending members.

Chairs report was a summary of the main events in the year and thanks to the  volunteers.

Minutes of the previous AGM were reviewed. Proposed & Seconded by Jim Gilmartin and Keith Nikless.

Secretaries Report was read. Mainly following on from chairs report. Members and visitors up on last year. Web site used by about a third of membership. New WhatsApp group approved.

Treasurers Report was read. Current account stands at £2656 up £226 from last year. Possible one or two talks to be held at other venues next year. Full membership required by April meeting next year in order to qualify for any discounted trip.

Election of all committee members were approved from this year to next. Volunteers happy to continue.

Trish requested that she become a committee member to help in some way.

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was declared closed at 8 pm.
